Expressing Gratitude

In the spirit of World Gratitude Day (September 21, 2016), Central Florida Psychological Consultants would like to remind you that there are so many different ways to express the gratitude that you feel! Today, pay special attention to all that you have to be thankful for in your life, and pick at least one way to reflect on your gratitude!
