February Faith Challenge

This month, we challenge you to search yourself for an understanding of you faith! Having faith can mean a lot of different things to a lot of different people, but one thing is clear: having faith is GREAT for your health! Studies suggest that having a strong, healthy sense of faith is associated with improved physical and mental health, improved immune system functioning, improved welfare, and higher levels of satisfaction with life. Having faith has been shown to increase levels of hope and optimism, while lowering levels of anxiety and depression (Simão, 2016). How do you feel at the beginning of this month? How is your relationship with your faith? Spend this month strengthening your faith and compare today with how you feel at the end of this month’s challenge!
